ABOUT THE GALLERY
The 621 Gallery is a non-profit contemporary art exhibition and gathering space offering diverse experiences in Tallahassee, providing access to quality art and interactive opportunities. The 621 Gallery will be a unique leader and innovator in contemporary progressive art for all. The organization was established in 1981 by a group of local artists who needed a space to showcase their experimental and large scale works. Housed in a World War II era sawmill with bay doors and a high open ceiling, this space was the perfect place for their works. Exhibits in The 621 Gallery have always been and will continue to be free to the public.
